Client and Conflict Management FREE Workshop

This half-day workshop is part of the Toys 4.0 Engineers event but is open to all businesses and is 100% funded by Waterford Chamber Skillnet. It is tailored specifically for anyone with an Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, IT or Science background.

The workshop will look at key skills for effectively managing clients and building key relationships. 

Finally, the workshop will also look at dealing with conflict situations and best practice communication skills

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the workshop each attendee will:
