About the Programme

• The Regional Leaders Programme has been designed to develop leaders for the future, created by the business community, for the business community.

• Aimed at leaders who wish to elevate their leadership competencies, the Regional Leaders Programme also benefits companies seeking to increase the leadership capacity of their internal talent pool.

• With a panel of leaders from across a multitude of sectors, participants will benefit from 1:1 mentor sessions, panel discussions (in person), networking opportunities and inspiring guest speaker sessions.

• The Regional Leaders Programme will run from 27th September 2023 to 24th April 2024 with an exciting calendar of monthly leadership themed events, guest speaker events and 1:1 mentoring sessions.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

• Cost:  With thanks to the funding support of Waterford Chamber Skillnet, the cost of the programme is reduced from €350 to just €262.50 per person, making this programme the best value for money in terms of leadership development training.

• Prior to the programme commencing, participants will be contacted for their mentor/leader preference in advance of the matching process.

• 70% attendance rate is mandatory in order to receive a certificate of completion at our closing ceremony and lunch in April.
