This 60-minute free webinar is a collaborative event between Waterford Chamber Skillnet and Waterford Local Enterprise Office.
In today’s ever-changing working landscape, the term “workplace” no longer refers to the traditional office environment. To remain competitive and continue to operate effectively and efficiently in remote roles, companies must be we must be committed to a shift in their thinking.
This 60-minute webinar will be delivered by GROW REMOTE co-founder and recognised international leader Tracey Keogh. Tracey will take us through how businesses need to shift policy, technology and culture in order to run an effective hybrid workforce. With over 10 years of experience in technology start-ups, Tracy has spent the last few years in community development in regional and rural Ireland. A graduate of economics and finance from the University of Limerick, Tracy’s last role was supporting the transition to remote working in Bank of Ireland.
GROW REMOTE is an Irish non-profit with the largest network of local communities of remote workers in the world. Having supported over 35 companies on the transition to remote, the organisation has unique insight into the challenges and opportunities that are facing businesses right now!
