About the Programme

• The Regional Leaders Programme has been designed to develop leaders for the future, created by the business community, for the business community.
• This year we are delighted to announce our partnership with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Ireland Chapter who will be adding to our list of esteemed mentors and coaches.
• Aimed at leaders who wish to elevate their leadership competencies, the Regional Leaders Programme also benefits companies seeking to increase the leadership capacity of their internal talent pool.
• With a panel of leaders and coaches from across a multitude of sectors, participants will benefit from eight 1:1 mentor sessions, and six events including panel discussions, networking opportunities and inspiring guest speaker sessions.
• The Regional Leaders Programme will run from the 15th of October 2024 to the 8th of April 2025 with an exciting calendar of monthly leadership-themed events, guest speaker events and 1:1 mentoring & coaching sessions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Cost: 

• Thanks to the funding support of Waterford Chamber Skillnet, the cost of the programme is reduced from €395 to just €296 per person, making this programme the best value for money in terms of leadership development training.
• Payment via this payment portal can be made by private companies only.
• For public sector enquiries, please contact Lynda.Lawton@waterfordchamber.ie . Payments from public sector applicants can not be made via this portal.

     2. Mentors/Leaders

• Participants will be sent the Regional Leaders Programme brochure to review available mentors/leaders.
• Prior to the programme commencing, participants will be contacted for their mentor/leader preference in advance of the matching process.
• The programme brochure will also outline the programme events and dates which should be noted and put in participants calendars – starting with an programme launch on the 15^th October 2024.

      3. Attendance

• A 70% attendance rate is mandatory to receive a certificate of completion at our closing ceremony and lunch on the 8th April 2025.
