About the Programme
This high-impact Graduate Accelerate programme is designed for graduates in Tech and IT to sharpen their professional edge and develop the “soft skills” required to transition from a technical contributor to a confident team player.
Programme Schedule
- Duration: September to December.
- Commitment: 6 Workshops (minimising workflow disruption).
- Mode: Hybrid/Blended (Strategic online workshops + high-touch in-person sessions).

- Assessment: * Reflective Log: A 2,000-word “Developer Journal” documenting key takeaways (Pass/Fail).
- Module Sprints: Short quizzes or practical activities per module.
- Attendance Requirement: 70% attendance required for certification.

This programme is open to applications from:
- Recent Graduates or new hires (up to 5 years post-graduation).
