About the Programme

This high-impact Graduate Accelerate programme is designed for graduates in Tech and IT to sharpen their professional edge and develop the “soft skills” required to transition from a technical contributor to a confident team player.

Programme Schedule

  • Duration: September to December.
  • Commitment: 6 Workshops (minimising workflow disruption).
  • Mode: Hybrid/Blended (Strategic online workshops + high-touch in-person sessions).

  • Attendance Requirement: 70% attendance required for certification.

  • Recent Graduates or new hires (up to 5 years post-graduation).
