Managers will leave with knowledge and skills to provide handle team conflict with confidence whilst maintaining team morale and open discussion on work goals and targets.

Specifically, you will learn the difference between conflict, which is often negative, and productive disagreement, which is a positive way of engaging in dialogue with others, especially your team. You will also leave with a set of tools and techniques to turn negative conflict into productive relationships.
