Managers will leave with knowledge and skills to lead teams effectively. Learn the foundations and key principles of effective and consistently high-performing people management. By the end of the workshop, you will be equipped with an overview of the mindset and skills necessary to drive organisational success through team effectiveness.

Specifically, you will learn the four key elements of high-performing teams – goals, roles, trust and collaboration. You will be able to assess how well you lead in each of these areas and will have a plan of how you can improve in each area. You will also have a grasp of the core behaviours of positive and engaging managers that you can put into practise back in the workplace.
