Whether you are an executive, a project manager, or a team member, understanding how to engage with stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds effectively is no longer a choice but a necessity for success.
Objectives for this session:
1. Conflict Management Styles (MAA Methodology) – Explore five approaches: Accommodating, Avoiding, Compromising, Collaborating, and Competing.
2. The Trust Equation – Build trust using the formula T = (C + R + I) / S, balancing Credibility, Reliability, Intimacy, and Self-Orientation.
3. The Erin Meyer Culture Map – Analyze cultural differences in hierarchy, decision-making, and communication styles.
4. The Hofstede 6-D Model – Navigate cross-cultural interactions using six dimensions, including Power Distance and Individualism vs. Collectivism.
5. Applying Conflict & Cultural Management Models – Use these frameworks to improve collaboration, negotiation, and leadership in diverse teams.
