Masterclass Overview:

The aim of this Masterclass is to harness the power of Emotional Intelligence to unlock, harness, develop and maximise the full potential of individuals and their teams by identifying and working to people’s strengths.

At the end of the Masterclass, participants will have covered:

• The seven intelligences and defined what is Emotional Intelligence,
• Learned how to develop a greater understanding of oneself (Intrapersonal Intelligence) and how other people are ‘wired’ (Interpersonal Intelligence),
• Have achieved a greater empathy and understanding of what motivates and de-motivates us and people around them,
• Recognising and appreciating differing types of ‘wiring’ and adapt behaviours and communication accordingly,
• Embracing difference and achieve competitive advantage from difference.
