This session is designed for those leading ESG or carbon reporting efforts across the business. These roles often need to engage multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and translate requirements into action. We focus on practical strategies for coordination, project planning, and turning a noncore responsibility into a confident, structured delivery plan.

MEET THE TRAINER
Ciara Greaney, founder of White Spire, a consultancy focused on helping businesses deliver ESG and carbon reporting with structure, confidence, and efficiency, has over 20 years’ experience in financial compliance, reporting, and operational delivery. She is a Fellow ACCA member, holds an MBA, and is a certified project manager. Additionally, she has spent a number of years translating EU and global ESG reporting requirements into operationally efficient actions. Ciara has led ESG and reporting projects across global supply chains, and previously lectured in business and compliance — designing and delivering degree-level sustainability training (QQI/FETAC Level 8). She now focuses on making compliance practical, efficient, and achievable for every team — not just the experts. Ciara also serves as Chair of the Sustainability Committee at Galway Chamber and sits on several boards. These sessions are grounded in real-world experience and designed to leave participants confident, equipped, and ready to take action.
