Objectives for this session:

• Understand the impact of unconscious bias in recruitment, promotion, people management, teamwork, allocation of work and customer service
• Recognise the impact of Systems 1 and System 2 thinking (Daniel Kahneman)
• Appreciate the impact of blind spots in our rational decision-making process
• Understand how unconscious bias affects how we think and feel about people we encounter
