1. Ray Goggins

Ray is former Special Forces Operator and bestselling author – you may know him as the Chief Instructor on RTE’s hit show, Ultimate Hell Week. Over the past 30 years, Ray has been building and leading teams and acquired key skills to encourage people to change their mindset. His aim is to help push them to be the very best version of themselves.

2. Breathe With Níall

Níall is a wellness expert with over 20 years’ experience. A former international athlete, today Níall teaches people all over the world how to use breathing, nature and the mind as forces for good in our lives. He is based in Dublin, Ireland, and is author of the best selling book “The Blissful Breath.

3. Susan Hayes Culleton

Susan, The Positive Economist, will guide us on a journey to increase sales, profits, and cashflow, as well as show us how to find financial supports and adopt a positive money mindset. You’ll learn how to prepare your business for changes in the world, deal with inflation, and become more enthusiastic about money. Susan will take us on a whistlestop tour of her experiences and give useful tips that you can start using immediately in an informative, practical, and interactive session.

4. Paul Healy

Paul is the Chief Executive of Skillnet Ireland, the Irish Government agency dedicated to the development of leading-edge talent for the enterprise sector. He is a respected commentator in the arenas of enterprise and labour market policy, human resource development and public affairs with 20 years’ executive level experience spanning both the semi-State and multinational sectors. Paul is a member of Ireland’s National Skills Council, National Training Fund Advisory Group, the EU Commission Skills for Industry Policy Group and the European Digital SME Alliance.

Speakers;

Ann Crowley
Ann is the HR Manager at Connolly’s RED MILLS, a Humanities Graduate of UCC and UCD, and also holds a Higher Certificate in Equine Science from UL. Ann has been working in HR and Training for over 20 years in various industries.

Michael Shields
Michael is Chief Technical Officer at Connolly’s RED MILLS and a member of the Senior Management Team. He holds a B.Agr.Sc degree from UCD and an MBA from RMIT University, Melbourne.

Dr. Amanda Greer
Amanda is the Director of Sustainability at Veri Connect. As an Environmental Training Manager, she has overseen the roll out of nationwide biodiversity training programmes.
