About the Programme
- The Regional Leaders Programme has been designed by the business community, for the business community to develop leaders for the future.
- Aimed at leaders who wish to elevate their leadership competencies, the Regional Leaders Programme also benefits companies seeking to increase the leadership capacity of their internal talent pool.
- With a panel of business leaders from across a multitude of sectors, participants will benefit from 1:1 leadership conversations’, six events including panel discussions, networking opportunities and inspiring guest speaker sessions.
- The Regional Leaders Programme will launch on 13th of October 2026 and will run until April 2027 with an exciting calendar of monthly leadership-themed events, guest speaker events and 1:1 mentoring & coaching sessions.
Cost:
- Thanks to the funding support of Waterford Chamber Skillnet, the cost of the programme is reduced from €395 to just €296 per person, making this programme the best value for money in terms of leadership development training.
Who is eligible to apply for this training programme?
Private sector or commercial semi-state enterprises only.
Unfortunately the following organisations are not eligible:
- Public sector organisations,
- Charity or Not-for-Profit Organisations, and
- Companies based outside the Republic of Ireland
