COURSE OVERVIEW

Our half-day day Managing Remote Teams has been designed to address the new challenges associated with managing Hybrid Teams. During the course, we look at how to encourage collaboration and engagement within teams no matter where individuals are located and how to sustain inclusion for all.

The course is highly interactive and utilises real-life insights and practical everyday business examples. Each learner will leave with a better awareness of the areas they need to work on moving forward.
