Overview:
This 3 hour workshop aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct staff reviews effectively. By understanding the purpose of staff reviews, preparing thoroughly, and mastering the art of providing feedback and setting goals, participants will be better positioned to support their employees’ growth and contribute to organisational success.
