Managers will leave with the confidence and skills to lead meaningful performance reviews that enhance staff engagement, performance, and professional growth.

Specifically, you will learn the importance of scheduling and planning out a structured performance review. This will include how to conduct reviews based on achievement of performance targets. You will also be able to deal with resistance in reviews as well as how to develop each of your team members.
