This webinar series comprises of 5 x 1 hour sessions and is aimed at the non-HR person including team leads, supervisors, managers, finance team and those required to understand the practical application of employment law and HR practices. The workshop simplifies the key pieces of employment law and gives practical tips for handling employee relations issues in an informative and hands on manner through exercises and case studies.
Topics include; Recruitment & Selection, the Employment Relationship, Working Time, Equality & Dignity at Work, Disciplinary & Grievances, Leave of Absence, Employee Relations Issues.
Each participant receives a comprehensive programme folder (emailed in advance to each delegate) which contains notes from all sessions and sample policies, procedures and templates which can be used in their own organisation.
A maximum of 8 participants will be taken on this series.
