The Professional Academy Talent Acquisition Skill Sprint will help you explore the main themes within talent acquisition in line with hiring requirements in Ireland. This course equips you with the skills to design effective talent acquisition strategies, enhance employer branding, and ensure fair selection processes.
Suited for: HR professionals or those interested in HR roles, as it provides advanced techniques and tools to align workforce planning with organisational goals and methods to leverage AI for strategic advantage. It is also ideal for those who just have an interest in talent acquisition for professional organisations.
Level 1 will provide you with the fundamentals of workforce planning and talent acquisition, including how to design effective talent acquisition processes and enhance employer branding. Additionally, you will develop your skills in ensuring fairness and objectivity in selection processes and consulting with leaders on workforce planning.
